Each Lily Grace garment is made to order.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. This allows us to produce each piece individually and reduce unnecessary waste.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

If there is any sign of wear, the garment will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued.
